MVP in 7 Days: How Does It Work?
Behind the scenes of my 7-day MVP process. Which tools I use, how I prioritize and why speed doesn't mean compromising on quality.

Sounds Impossible?
7 days from first requirements to a live product — that sounds like a marketing gimmick. But it's not. Here's how it works and why 2026 is the perfect time to do it.
The 7-Day Process
Day 1–2: Deep Dive & Architecture
I analyze your problem, define the MVP scope, and lock in the technical architecture. The most important step: What does your MVP actually need? Not what it could have, but what it must have to deliver its core value.
By the end of day 2, there's a clear document: features, tech stack, data model. No room for interpretation.
Day 3–5: Build Sprint
The intensive build phase. With Claude Code as an AI co-pilot, I can deliver in three days what a traditional team would need weeks for. Not because the quality is lower — but because the tooling revolution of 2025/2026 has 10x'd developer productivity.
Typical results after day 5:
- Fully functional frontend with responsive design
- Backend with API, auth, and database
- Core feature completely implemented
- GDPR-compliant (legal pages, privacy policy, cookie consent)
Day 6: Testing & Polish
Bug fixes, performance optimization, catching edge cases. Plus: SEO basics, analytics integration, and a first run with real test users.
Day 7: Go Live
Deployment to production infrastructure (usually Vercel + Supabase), final checks, handoff to you. Including documentation and onboarding.
What Makes This Possible?
AI-Powered Development
Claude Code doesn't just write code — it understands context, architecture, and best practices. I review every output, but the raw writing speed is 5–10x faster than manual coding.
Battle-Tested Tech Stack
I always use the same stack: Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Supabase. No decision paralysis, no ramp-up time. Every project benefits from the learnings of all previous ones.
Radical Scope Focus
The secret isn't speed — it's focus. An MVP needs one core feature that works perfectly. Not ten features that are half-finished.
What a 7-Day MVP Is Not
- Not a quick-and-dirty hack — the code is production-ready and maintainable
- Not a no-code export — but real software you can continue to develop
- Not a prototype — but a working product with real users
- Not agency bureaucracy — one point of contact, maximum efficiency
Who Is This For?
For founders and companies who want to validate fast. Who know that speed is a competitive advantage. Who would rather be live in one week than perfect on paper in six months.
